I agree to the conditions of use stated in this agreement and to be bound by the rules and regulations of the Cooroy Memorial Hall Association Inc which I have had the opportunity to read in the Venue Hire Brochure.
I acknowledge that, if I breach any of the rules and regulations, the terms of this agreement or the conditions of use, this agreement may be terminated forthwith by the Cooroy Memorial Hall Association Inc., and I may be refused further entry to the Hall.
I understand that if the Hall is not returned to its existing condition after our event, I may not receive a refund on the Bond payment and a cleaning fee may be required.
